5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return products for a refund.

5.2. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5.3. Made-to-Order Products: Custom or made-to-order products may be returned only after prior email contact with us at hennig2@gmail.com.

5.4. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.

5.5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

5.6. Non-Refundable Costs: We do not refund customs duties, import taxes, or VAT paid in the destination country (non-EU countries). Customers must seek refunds for these charges from their local customs authority.

6. WARRANTY

6.1. Warranty Period: All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

6.2. Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers our workmanship and parts supplied by us.

6.3. Modifications Allowed: Customers may modify, reprogram, or customize their devices without voiding the warranty.

6.4. Damage from Modifications: If modifications cause damage to the device:

Customers may return the device for repair at their own shipping cost
Repair costs will include parts only; labor costs are complimentary ("on us for a coffee")
For significant damage, we will contact the customer to discuss repair options and costs before proceeding, (the damaging is supplying reversed voltage polarity, over voltage or accidental shortcut)
